This award is the latest in a long succession of global accolades for IBFX. Last month, the company was named winner of the 2009 Utah Business Digital iQ Awards in the Online category and was a semi-finalist in the Forex Brokerage category in the 2009 Stocks & Commodities Readers Choice Awards. The company was also recently honored as the Best Foreign Exchange Broker by Shares magazine for the second consecutive year and was named to Inc. magazine's renowned Inc. 500, an annual ranking of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States.

According to the publication, criteria for choosing the award winners included transaction volume, market share, scope of global coverage, customer service, competitive pricing and innovative technologies. Editors also based their selections on input from industry analysts, technology experts and corporate executives.

A special award ceremony honoring the Global Finance 2009 Best Foreign Exchange Banks and Providers will be held in Istanbul during the annual IMF and World Bank meetings in early October.
